  • Lumin8 is a nationwide company with a local focus that delivers innovative smart transportation services and solutions to a wide variety of end-users. Headquartered in Arvada, Colorado, Lumin8 was formed in July of 2020 through the acquisition and merger of leading companies in the traffic signal and ITS service industries.

    This includes W.L. Contractors, Carlson Construction Services, Wilburn Engineering, Digital Traffic Systems, Bean Electrical, and just recently Rommel Infrastructure. The combined business represents one of the largest providers in the transportation technology services industry, with operational facilities across the country staffed with over 550 employees serving contractors as well as local, state, and federal government entities.
